Registration

Registration is not required for co-authors not attending the conference.

Registration rates vary along three parameters:
- IPrA members versus non-members (note that 2017 membership is required for all presenters of papers)
time of registration (note that inclusion in the program is dependent on payment of registration fees before 30 April 2017)
full fees versus discount fees (where discount is applicable to students, unemployed and retired scholars, and participants from poor countries)

Note that rates in UK£ are mainly for information (based on the exchange rates in July 2016).

Credit card charges are always made in € (Euro), and bank transfers in Euro within the Euro-zone are free of charge.

Bank transfers from a UK-bank can also be made in UK£, but it is wise to first check the transfer costs added by your bank.

Registration fees include preparatory conference expenses (except for basic operating costs covered by membership fees), the use of space and equipment, a conference bag, a program booklet, all coffee/tea breaks, a welcome reception on Sunday (sponsored by John Benjamins Publishing Company), and lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Conference abstracts will, for ecological reasons, be available online as a single pdf-file.

Of pre-paid registration fees, 80% can be reimbursed if participation is cancelled in writing before 1 July 2017. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
